Credits not updated

If your credits haven’t updated after a successful payment, please follow these steps:
  • Refresh the Billing page
  • Check if your credit balance has updated in the Purchase Credits section
  • Verify that your invoice appears in the Purchase History section
If your credits are still not updated after these steps, please contact us. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Credits not refunded

If your credits haven’t been refunded after an unsuccessful creation, please follow these steps:
  1. Refresh the Transaction page
  2. Check the message list. If you don’t see a refund message for the missing credits, it means the refund hasn’t been processed
  3. Go to the Dashboard page and check the Credits in Refunded section. If the credits don’t appear there, they haven’t been refunded
  4. Check your current credit balance on the Dashboard and Billing pages. If your balance hasn’t increased, the refund hasn’t been applied
If your credits are still not refunded after these steps, please contact us. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Content generation not appeared

If your generated content don’t appear and the status remains stuck on Initializing or Booting for more than 90 seconds, please follow these steps:
  1. Refresh the Collection page
  2. Check if your content has appeared
  3. If not, click the Fix stuck content button and wait for the page to refresh automatically
  4. Check again to see if your content is now visible
If your contents are still missing after these steps, please contact us. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
