Personal account

Your profile picture and name will be used on Creator Card.

Your profile picture

  • From the sidebar, select Settings
  • In the Your Profile Picture section, click image-icon, and upload your image file
  • Wait for the confirmation message Profile successfully updated

Your name

  • From the sidebar, select Settings
  • In the Your Name section:
    • Enter Your Name
    • Enter your Job Title
    • Enter your Social Media URL
  • Click Update Profile
  • Wait for the confirmation message Profile successfully updated

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Popular authenticator apps: Google Authenticator, Microsoft, Authy, 1Password, Bitwarden, Keeper, Duo Mobile, or similar TOTP apps.
Add New MFA
  • Click Setup a new factor
  • Enter your MFA name and click Set factor name
  • Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  • Enter the 6-digit code from your authenticator app
  • Click Enable factor
  • Wait for the confirmation message Factor successfully enrolled
Add Additional MFA
  • Repeat the instructions from Add New MFA above
  • You can have maximum 10 MFAs
Remove MFA
  • Click close (x)-button
  • Click Yes, unenroll factor
  • Wait for the confirmation message Factor successfully unenrolled

Linked accounts

You can link your personal account with both Google and Discord for additional login options.
  • Determine your current login method:
    • If using Google, you can add Discord
    • If using Discord, you can add Google
  • In the Linked Accounts section, click the unused provider in Available Methods
  • Follow the authentication prompts from your chosen provider
  • To unlink, click Unlink [your_provider]
  • Wait for the confirmation message Account successfully unlinked
    The unlink button only appears if you have more than one OAuth connection.

Danger zone

Deleting your personal account will permanently delete your personal and team account(s), and immediately cancel any credits. All your data will also be completely removed. This action cannot be undone. Be careful!
  • From the sidebar, select Settings
  • In the Danger Zone section, click Delete your account
  • Click Send Verification Code (you will receive a verification code via email)
  • Enter the 6-digit code from your email and click Verify Code
  • Click Delete your account

Team account

Your team logo and team name will be used on Creator Card.
  • From the sidebar, select Settings
  • In the Team Logo section, click image-icon, and upload your image file
  • Wait for the confirmation message Team successfully updated

Team name

  • From the sidebar, select Settings
  • In the Team Name section:
    • Enter your Team Name
    • Enter your team Social Media URL
  • Click Update Team
  • Wait for the confirmation message Team successfully updated

Danger zone
