Navigate to Billing in the console. The interface has two columns: the left handles your subscription and billing portal, the right shows your credit balance and lets you purchase credit packs.

Plans

When the workspace has no active subscription, the left column shows a Team plan module with a plan selector.

Choose a billing interval

Toggle between Billed monthly or Billed yearly.

Choose a plan

Select a tier: Starter, Pro, Scale, or Enterprise. Pricing and features reflect the current billing configuration.

Proceed to checkout

Click Proceed to payment (or Start trial if the workspace has no billing history). A secure embedded checkout opens inline.

Complete checkout

After payment, the interface reloads showing your active plan.
Only the primary-owner can initiate checkout. The plan selector is visible to all roles, but the action buttons are disabled for owner and member.

Active subscription

Once subscribed, the Team plan module shows a read-only summary of your current tier:

The panel also shows an alert if a trial is running (with the end date) or if a cancellation is scheduled (with the final billing date).

Billing portal

Once a billing record exists, a Billing details module appears below the plan summary. Click Visit billing portal to manage payment methods, download invoices, or upgrade and cancel your plan.
Portal access is limited to the primary-owner. The button is disabled for all other roles.

Credit balance and packs

The right column permanently shows your Credit balance — a real-time ledger balance displayed to three decimal places (e.g., $12.480).

Purchasing a credit pack

Credit packs are one-time purchases that add credits on top of your plan balance. They require an active subscription and primary-owner access.

Confirm you have an active subscription

The pack buttons are disabled without one. Subscribe via the plan selector first.

Navigate to Billing

Open Billing in the console.

Click the amount you want to add:

Complete checkout

A secure inline checkout session opens. Complete the payment.

Verify your balance

The interface reloads after checkout. Confirm the updated balance in the Credit balance panel.

Low-balance alerts

Below the credit pack section, the same panel exposes configurable threshold alerts. Set a balance threshold and BabySea will notify you when your credits drop below it.
