Choosing a plan

When the account has no current subscription or displayable billing order, the Billing page shows a Team plan card with the description Your current plan. That card contains the plan picker.

Select a billing interval

Choose Billed monthly or Billed yearly from the interval selector.

Select a plan tier

Pick one of the available paid tiers: Starter, Pro, Scale, or Enterprise. Each card is built from the billing configuration and shows the plan price and included features.

Proceed to payment

Click Proceed to payment. An embedded checkout form opens inline on the page.

Complete checkout

Complete the hosted checkout flow. After a successful purchase, the Billing page returns to the current-plan state.
If the team has never had any billing relationship, a Start trial button appears instead of Proceed to payment.
Only the Primary Owner can proceed through checkout. The plan picker is visible to all roles but the button is disabled for Owners and Members.

Active subscription card

When the team has an active subscription the Team plan card with subtitle Your current plan shows the current plan details.

In-card alerts

When the subscription is on trial, the card shows an info alert titled Your Trial is ending soon with the trial end date. When cancellation is scheduled, the card shows a warning alert titled Subscription cancelled with the billing-period end date.

Billing details card

Once any billing relationship exists, a Billing details card appears below the Team plan card. The subtitle reads Manage subscription, billing, update or cancel plan, and download invoices. Click Visit billing portal to open the provider’s hosted portal. From the portal you can update your payment method, download invoices, or change or cancel the subscription plan.
The Visit billing portal button is disabled for Owners and Members. Only the Primary Owner can open the portal.
